The Staff’s comments are repeated below in bold and followed by the Company’s responses thereto. In response to the Staff’s comment, the Company has filed an amendment to the 2022 Form 20-F with the Commission to amend the 2022 Form 20-F in its entirety and include the corrected Exhibits 13.1 and 13.2.
